At our Beauty Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Chloe’s Beauty Bar experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.- Please turn up on time for your appointment.- If you are having a brow or lash treatment please come with no make up on that area.- When booking a nail appointment please ensure you are booking a soak off as well if you already have nails on that you want removed.
Late Cancellations
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take the full payment of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.
